There are 4 methods in place to put through an order:

– by email: – by telephone at 01933 442220 – by Post accompanied by a copy of your order form and your method of payment addressed to: Safety Solutions Midlands LTD, 61 – 63 Rixon Road, Finedon Road Industrial Estate, Wellingborough, Northants, NN8 4BA. We will then send you a confirmation by e-mail that we have received your order.
- Safety Solutions Midlands LTD respect your privacy and adhere to the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act.
- We will NOT pass any of your details on to any third party.
- If you wish to be removed from our database, please send an email requesting removal to and we will remove you without delay.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS
To return a product that you are not satisfied with or to exchange an item for a different size, please return the product within 12 days of purchase, at your own expense, accompanied by your invoice. We suggest that you send us the merchandise by recorded post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is notably necessary should they lose or damage the goods, as we cannot be held responsible for this. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility.
Products must be returned in their original, complete condition (packaging and accessories etc.). Any product that has been damaged, worn or is not in its original packaging, or has damaged packaging will NOT be refunded.
EXCEPTIONS – RETURNS OF CUSTOMISED AND UNUSUAL NON STOCK ORDERS
Custom made and personalised goods may only be returned should the goods be faulty or not to specification. Returns of non standard orders that were not placed online such as items or quantities of items that we do not normally hold in stock will only be refunded at the discretion of Safety Solutions Midlands LTD management and could result in a re-stocking charge.
SAFETY FOOTWEAR SELECTION, CARE & GUARANTEE
Safety footwear or work boots are guaranteed under the manufacturers warrantee which covers failure of the materials or manufacturing workmanship. It does not cover fair wear and tear, or damage sustained in use, scuffed toe caps or undue force applied. It is important to select the right footwear for (a) the protection required and (b) the purpose that they are to be used for. For example, boots that are used for digging need to have a special heavy duty sole and there are no boots for sale at Safety Solutions that will withstand the kicking in of curbs. Footwear will not be replaced if it has been used for the wrong purpose. If you are unsure as to which footwear to order, we are here to help. Please ask for advice. The working life of the footwear can vary greatly and is heavily dependent on the type of footwear, type of use of the footwear, the environment they are used in and how they have been looked after. It is necessary to both the life and safety of the footwear to regularly clean and or polish/treat the footwear. There are many products widely available such as polish, dubbin or wax for leathers and spray cleaners and conditioners for nubuck or suede.
